Jun 4, 2026

The Bohemian FC Pride Committee is delighted to confirm the club’s participation in upcoming events celebrating Pride month.

On Tuesday, June 16, at 7pm, the Pride Committee will welcome Cas Mudde for a discussion on ‘The World Cup and the Politics of Football’ in Dalymount Park, with sports broadcaster Stephen Doyle leading the conversation.

Cas is an avid football fan and will discuss themes such as the politics of the upcoming World Cup, the #StopTheGame campaign, and the role football clubs can play in stemming the rise of the far-right.

Entry is free but is a ticketed-event, so please pick-up your ticket here.

Cas Mudde is a writer, academic, and scholar of far-right and populist politics. Professor of International Affairs at the University of Georgia. Columnist for Aftonbladet and contributor to the Guardian, currently researching Soccer and Democracy.

On Saturday, June 20, Bohemians and the Dublin Devils will host our annual Pride of Dalymount Cup. The format is slightly different this year – 5-aside tournament – with various LGBT sports teams in attendance.

  • Tournament kicks-off at 3pm – come down and show your support
  • All money raised will go to Medical Aid for Palestinians
  • Celebrate Pride: Our bars open until late with show and music by Eirecomme

The following Saturday, June 27, we invite supporters and the wider community to join us at the annual Pride Parade, assembling on O’Connell Street from 11am, and to join our post-parade drinks in Dalymount Park.

  • Contact pride@bohemians.ie to register for a wristband for the parade
  • Assemble by the Bohs Float outside Penney’s on O’Connell Street from 11.30am until 12.10pm (latest).
