At Bohemian FC, our mission is to be a force for good.

As a fan-owned club, our strength is derived from our community, and we must always give back to that community.

Bohs in the Community are committed to delivering programmes and initiatives of the highest quality that are beneficial, educational, and impactful for all participants.

In 2025, Bohs in the Community worked with 6,865 people across 15 programmes with 751 hours of direct engagement in both our local and wider community. We are committed to growing these numbers in 2026.

BFC Summer Programme

During the months of July & August, we run various projects as part of our summer programme. Delivered in areas across Dublin 1, Dublin 7 & Dublin 17, these projects are free of charge and open to everyone.

Bohs PLAY is an initiative delivered in partnership with the NEIC which strives to develop improved health and wellbeing of young people as well as encouraging the positive use of play spaces in the NEIC.

Anti-Discrimination & Inclusion

Down Syndrome Futsal

Bohemian FC Down Syndrome Futsal team was set up in 2024 for male & female players aged 16 and up. The team competes in the League of Ireland Cairdeas Cup twice a year.

Bohemian FC is the home of junior VI Football in Dublin and one of the few clubs in Ireland who offer football for people with a visual impairment.

Bohemians Cooperatives

Bohemian Cooperatives has grown from Bohemian Football Club’s climate justice work and our tradition as a fan-owned club. We’re taking that cooperative spirit into the local economy and into climate action, so the transition is fair, practical, and opens real opportunities for members, fans, and neighbours.
