Pride On The Pitch
Pride on the Pitch is a project run in partnership with Dublin Devils and is supported by Rethink Ireland which aims to create a safe, inclusive and welcoming football environment for young LGBTQ+ people.
Launched in 2023, the programme aims to reengage people who may have fallen out of football or who may have never played to get involved.
In November 2025, Bohemian FC launched a nationwide survey in partnership with Trinity College exploring the experiences of LGBTQ+ people in football. The research report was launched in the Dáil and was a hugely significant moment for inclusivity in football in Ireland.
